Co-Hosting is more than just a property management service- it's a partnership rooted in trust, care, and a shared commitment to hospitality. A dedicated cohost steps in to handle the day-to-day responsibilities of hosting, including guest communication, bookings, check-ins, cleanings, restocking essentials, optimizing pricing, and tending to property maintenance.
But beyond the tasks, co-hosts bring heart to the hosting journey. We create warm welcomes, handle the details with love, and help turn every stay into a memorable experience. For property owners, it's a way to earn more while doing less-and for guests, it’s not just about hosting. It’s about creating meaningful stays, rooted in trust and genuine connection.
A short, introductory conversation between us and YOU (host, landlord, or property owner) to learn about your property, hosting goals/challenges and to explore whether co-hosting services are a good fit for you.
After you complete our Property Valuation Form, we will review your property & provide you with an earnings estimate.
After assessing your property & agreeing to collaborate, we'll provide a management agreement outlining terms, fees & any pre-approved work. We remain flexible and open to host/landlord suggestions.
After signing the agreement, we begin onboarding! This step includes gathering property details, ensuring legal compliance. and launching marketing to ensure bookings. We'll market your property across our direct platforms such as social media & email campaigns.
